Hi! I'm Julia Stainton and I'm excited to be part of the new Avocado Arts Pit Crew. Right off the start, I have a confession to make. I've never tried avocado before and know absolutely nothing about pit crews. What I do know… is I love fun, trendy and quality stamps and Avocado Arts has me revved up with creative ideas. I'm hoping that still qualifies me!

A little about myself…Well, I'm a busy stay-at-home mom of 5 kids aged 20 down to 5. The Mr. and I have been married for almost 22 years, more than half my life. We live in an old farmhouse in Ontario Canada that we are constantly renovating. I'm addicted to all things crafty, especially stamping, scrapbooking, sewing and photography. You can find my work on my blog and published in many papercrafting magazines. Recently, I'm excited to be a product designer as well as a concept designer and be named Stamping Royalty by Paper Crafts Magazine for 2009 and 2011. All in all, I'm just an ordinary girl having fun with paper, ink and stamps.  Check out my blog at www.bellepapier.blogs.splitcoaststampers.com

Kimberly is passionate for paper crafting. It all began with her then soon-to-be husband suggesting this “stamping thing” for their wedding invitations. Who knew an innocent comment would lead her to so many creative endeavors? (She, of course, never lets her husband forget that!)

Before staying home with her son, Kimberly was an elementary school teacher. Kimberly teaches scrapbooking and stamping classes locally and has been published over 100 times in many papercrafting magazines. When she isn't playing with stamps and paper, she enjoys playing the piano, reading books, and golfing. Kimberly has been married to Greg for almost 12 years and they have an adorable 5 year old son. Latisha was born and raised in California, but has moved around due to her husband’s career as a US Navy Helicopter Pilot. She calls Orange Park, Florida home for now. Latisha’s two children keep her very busy with their "stuff".

Latisha has always been drawn to paper, even as a child. She has been a serious crafter for 3 years, starting as a scrapbooker, then becoming a card maker. “I love the feeling of capturing a memory for my children in the process of scrapping, but cardmaking gives me the immediate gratification of finishing a project.” Papercrafting feels like home to her. Latisha has been so blessed to have over 100 projects published in popular magazines, as well as serve on design teams. When not papercrafting, she volunteers in her community at her children's schools and their sporting events (Soccer, Baseball and Cross Country) and her son's Cub Scout Den. She can be found cleaning up a beach or being the Historian of the Officer Spouse club. Latisha loves to cook, take photographs, talk on the phone, travel and shop. Latisha is on her second term as a Spellbinders Design Team member.  Make a bee-line to Latisha at A Busy Little Crafting Bee.

Our Pit Crew provides project inspiration every month to help get your creative juices flowing. Our team of papercrafting professionals will share their talents with you every month. Watch for their creations every 1st, 7th, 15th, 22nd and 30th of the month on their blogs and ours.
From the beginning, we knew we wanted to do things a little different and be a "stand-out" company in the industry.  Latisha was the BRILLIANT designer to come up with the name PIT CREW for our team!  I LOVE IT!!  If you have ever peeled an avocado...you will know that there is a pit in the center of it.  I believe that our Pit Crew represents just that...the CENTER of our team.  I am also a NASCAR fan.  If you are familiar with racing, you will know that the "pit crew" is crucial to the success of a team.  Each pit crew member has a specific role and is as important as the driver of their team.  I am BLESSED and extremely grateful to have each of these beautiful ladies on the Avocado Arts Pit Crew!!

Thank you!
Hey there all, my name is Emily, and I am very honored to design for this terrific company. I am a middle school art teacher by day, and a paper crafter at night. I live in Sunny northern California with my husband and our pet parrot Mr Green. For years I have loved paper crafting and subscribed to Paper Crafts magazine all throughout college. Two and a half years ago I started to design my wedding album, and after that I wanted to try making cards for submission to Paper Crafts magazine, which was always a dream for me. After a couple of submissions, I was picked up and have been submitting and designing since then. This interest has led me into a greater passion and excitement for the industry, creating innovative designs and supporting new manufacturers who create incredible products, like Avocado Arts. My style can best be described as  a focus on clean designs, dimensional layering and strong focal points.  Visit my blog at:

My name is Savannah O'Gwynn {aka Sav}. I am fairly new to stamping/blogging--I started crafting at a young age, but I didn't buy my first stamps until August 2009. In June of 2009, I left my teaching profession to pursue my crafting passion and it was then that my life changed. I bought lots of stamps, ribbons, papers, and so much more--I started my blog (Dec. 2009) and began entering challenges. I found that I really love all sorts of crafts, and I enjoy working in my studio and being creative. My favorite embellie is ribbon--I am always looking for just the right ribbon for each project! I enjoy making almost any project, but I enjoy making cards the most. Visit my

I live in Toronto, Canada, with my husband and our very energetic three-year-old son.  Before our son was born, I worked as a research analyst for several large firms but art has always been part of my life.  I studied piano and violin for 11 years and I love traveling to see beauty everywhere in the world. One of my favourite places to visit is Italy since my husband worked there for a year. We have been studying Italian for years in the hopes of retiring there someday. Not only am I a published paper crafter, I’m a published make-up artist so a lot of my inspiration comes from fashion and editorials.  I’ve designed for several manufacturers in the industry and I’m thrilled to be adding Avocado Arts to my resume. I hope you will stop by my blog to see what I’ve been up to: http://leiphartonart.blogspot.com
Hello… I am Kelley Eubanks. I live in Mount Juliet, TN, which is about 20 miles outside of Nashville. My husband, Michael, is the Pastor of Students at our church. We have been married for 13 years. We have a 5 year old son, Carver, who we think is the best little boy in the world! When Carver was born, we made the decision that I would be a stay at home mom/wife! I love it and there is nothing else I would rather be doing!
My passion for card making started when I attended my first Stampin’ Up workshop about 4 years ago and I haven’t looked back since! I am blessed to have had several projects published since that time… the majority of them in Paper Crafts magazine.
I cannot tell you how excited I am to be a part of the Avocado Arts Pit Crew! I am honored to be working with some of the most creative and talented ladies around! I get to work with great women and great stamps! I am blessed and so very thankful for the opportunity!
I have made so many great friends through this passion of mine! I am always open to making more. You can visit my blog at http://myfrontporch-kelley.blogspot.com.
